Reality TV star and singer Brooke Hogan has been spotted soaking up the Florida sunshine with her dad’s girlfriend, Jennifer McDaniel, at the posh Miami Beach Hotel.
The third season of Brooke’s spin-off reality show, Brooke Knows Best, will debut in 2010 on VH1.
While the first two seasons centered on Brooke’s life in Miami, the new season will follow her as she moves to Los Angeles and will focus on her recording her third studio album and working with new producers.

January 16 • BROOKE HOGAN CLAIMS TNA IMPACT WILL BE LIVE THIS WEEK, MORE TNA NEWS AND NOTES
Brooke Hogan called into Bubba the Love Sponge’s radio show this morning and commented she would be going to Monday’s Impact taping. Brooke commented that it would be aired live (which, to the best of my knowledge, it isn’t), at which point Bubba responded that she was early with that comment. I do know TNA and SpikeTV have been discussing additional specials but nothing has been set in stone to the point the network has contacted their partners regarding the move.
A number of sources in the company believe a “name” talent will be debuting this Sunday at Genesis. Of the names out there, there’s Tommy Dreamer, Ken Anderson and Rob Van Dam. Dreamer’s 90 day clause would eliminate him. My guess, based on the talents that came in last Monday having a history of working the recent Hulkamania tour, is Anderson, but I don’t have that confirmed.
The TNA online pre-game show will begin this Thursday on the TNA website at 8:30 PM.
Christopher Daniels was the best man in the Kazarian/Traci Brooks wedding last week.
Scott Steiner brought himself in to last week’s Impact tapings as he wasn’t booked to be there.

Who cares if she bares an uncanny, incredibly eerie resemblance to your daughter? True love is true love!
With that in mind, Hulk Hogan’s rep has confirmed that his client is engaged to Jennifer McDaniel. He said:
“Yes, they are engaged. Jennifer showed my wife her ring while we were in Brisbane, Australia, last week at Hulk’s wrestling match. We are so happy for them.” (more…)

When Hulk Hogan announced that he and wife Linda were getting a divorce, the initial reaction to the news was that they were bluffing in order to get bigger ratings for their reality show. In just weeks, though, it turned out that the separation was the real thing, with the two getting into very bitter exchanges of words in the media. Following all this and her brother’s 12-month stint in jail, Brooke Hogan is finally breaking her silence on the divorce topic, as The Sun can confirm.
During the divorce proceedings and the many allegations made by both Hulk and Linda both in the court of law and to the press, Brooke kept relatively quiet, save for a couple of interviews that she gave to explain why the rift between her and her mother. Now that the divorce is final, having been pronounced so the other day, the singer is free to speak her mind and share with the world the kind of pain she’s been through all along and how the ordeal has changed her life.
For starters, Brooke says the close relationship she once had with her mother is definitely gone for good and that Linda will have to work hard if she ever wants to have anything to do with her anymore. “I hope we do but she’ll have to go through a lot of changes – spiritually, mentally and physically. She’s going to really need to find a good spot to be in. I’ve tried to help but it’s too awkward and weird. We are two different people now.” Brooke says of the rift caused by her mother’s affair with a boy almost the same age as her.
Still, even if she lost her mother and a good friend in the divorce, at least she got to be closer to her father, which was as unexpected as it was good, the star further explains. Hulk, on his part, is also a changed man, a father who appreciates his kids more than he used to do before, because he no longer takes them for granted, and a man who is trying to find himself again. In doing so, Hulk has also turned to God and reading for guidance and inspiration, Brooke reveals.
“Our relationship is a lot stronger. Dad’s definitely changed as a person too. He was always a good dad, but he’s been really getting into the spiritual side of stuff now. He’s been reading a lot of books and he’s also started praying to God, so he’s just been really calm and his kids are his top priority.” The Sun quotes Brooke as saying.

BROOKE HOGAN lifts the lid on her family’s turbulent year in the new series of her TV show.
Her parents’ bitter divorce and brother’s stint behind bars dominated an eventful 12 months, which also saw the rebirth of her pop career.
Brooke Knows Best features the party girl, daughter of wrestling legend HULK HOGAN, dealing with the heartache and the subsequent fall-out with her mum.
LINDA HOGAN severed links with Brooke, as well as Hulk, after the split and publicly vented her anger towards the pair aided by her new toyboy lover, CHARLEY HILL.
Brooke said her mum needs to buck up her ideas in order to repair the rift.
“I hope we do but she’ll have to go through a lot of changes – spiritually, mentally and physically,” she explained.

“It’s so funny when guys are like: ‘Hey, I liked it when you kissed that chick, did you like it?’
“And I say: ‘Not really!’
“I mean it was my first time ever kissing a girl and it just wasn’t sexy.
“There’s a thing about men that turn me on but a women’s soft lips and soft body and all that stuff – I just can’t do it!”

July 30 • Another “Redemption” Review
The Associated Press reviewed “The Redemption” on their website. Check it out below. Again, it’s not a very nice or favorable review, but it’s still worth checking out.
Brooke Hogan may know best on her reality show, but she should have known better than churning out the lackluster album “The Redemption.” It’s all tricks, and few treats.
On most songs it’s hard to tell where the vocoder and production tricks end and Hogan’s own voice begins. This is bad, since Hogan has a perfectly fine pop music voice. But she lets the folks behind the mixing board overpower her to a fault.
Hogan comes out swinging on “Dear Mom.” “I love you. But you gotta change,” Brooke says in heartfelt fashion before launching into a talk-rap-sing tirade. It might have been a poignant touching track, and obviously self-referential given her own battles with mother Linda, but there’s so much dirty south “crunk” production going on it quickly dissolves into a mess of Nintendo-esque tones and synthesizer stabs.
The best songs here are the dance club-paced “Handcuffed” and “Strip.” The faster tempo takes Hogan away from the hackneyed hip-hop realm and into a space where her voice can soar and production tricks don’t sound so out of place.
CHECK OUT THIS TRACK: Miami rapper Stack$ helps out Hogan on “Falling,” a smooth songs track with a nice hook. Stack$ is the best of the featured artists on “The Redemption,” which includes cameos from Urban Mystic and Flo Rida.

July 30 • “The Redemption” Debuts On Billboard
“The Redemption” has finally debuted on the Billboard 200 charts this week! It is currently at #144, with 3,381 copies sold. Hopefully, it’ll do better next week, because it’s 115 spots lower than “Undiscovered” was, and it has sold 26,000 copies less in it’s first week. Everyone – be sure to buy Brooke’s new album. She worked VERY hard on it, and she deserves success.
July 30 • Linda’s A Golddigger?
I’m glad to see a settlement has finally been reached, but it’s sad that this was all over Hulk’s money. Hopefully things will get better for the Hogan family and they can all be close again.
The terms of the divorce settlement between Hulk Hogan and Linda Bollea have not been publicly disclosed yet, but Linda’s attorney says she received “an outstanding settlement result.” The attorney added that both sides had to compromise, but Linda is “extremely happy” with her pay-out.
According to Linda Hogan’s attorney, Hulk Hogan initiated the end of the “divorce feud” that led to a settlement being reached on Tuesday morning.
“Hulk is the one that originally came to Linda and said lets try to put this whole case aside and lets resolve this,” attorney Ray Rafool told ‘Tarts’ pop news outlet. “Essentially Hulk was the one that came to us with this peace offering which we gladly accepted.”
After several months of Hogan and Linda playing up bitterness against each other, the feud seemed to come to an amicable conclusion. There’s a photo circulating of Linda giving Hulk a kiss on the cheek in the courtroom after their settlement was decided.
Linda’s attorney said the former married couple are still business partners at the end of the day. “These people are business partners now and will be business partners in the future,” Linda’s attorney said.
Hulk’s attorney added: “Hulk is looking forward to moving on with his life and is very hopeful that he and Linda can maintain a friendship and work together as parents to their two children.”
